Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) for Precision Furniture Engineering GmbH
These Terms and Conditions govern all business relationships between Precision Furniture Engineering GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the sale and delivery of digital furniture engineering blueprints, design files, and related services offered through our platform.
The Provider operates as a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) SaaS platform, providing engineering-grade furniture designs, construction blueprints, and technical documentation in digital format.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to consumers as defined under § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) and to entrepreneurs as defined under § 14 BGB. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.
The contract language is German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail in accordance with German law.
The presentation of products on our platform constitutes an invitation to make an offer (invitatio ad offerendum). By clicking the "Purchase" or "Download" button, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product.
The contract is concluded when the Provider sends an order confirmation email to the Customer's registered email address. The order confirmation includes order details, product information, and payment confirmation.
All prices displayed on the platform are final prices including statutory VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate. Prices are stated in EUR (€) unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. Digital products will be made available for download only after successful payment verification. The Provider uses secure third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
All products offered are digital goods delivered electronically via download link. No physical products will be shipped.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 312g BGB and § 355 BGB.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely when the Customer has expressly consented to the Provider beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance.
In practical terms: By clicking "Download" or "Begin Download," you acknowledge that the digital content is being delivered immediately and that you forfeit your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once the download has started, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Provider by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, fax, or email) of their decision to withdraw.
Customers may use the model withdrawal form provided in accordance with Annex 2 to Article 246a § 1 EGBGB. Send withdrawal notices to:
All blueprints, designs, documentation, and digital content provided by the Provider are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Customer does not acquire ownership of the intellectual property; rather, the Customer receives a limited license as described below.
You are purchasing a license to build the furniture design, not the rights to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the digital files.
Build furniture for personal or household use. Not for commercial manufacturing.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of blueprint files is strictly prohibited.

The Provider warrants that the digital files are free from material defects and are suitable for the purposes described in the product documentation.
The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery for consumers. In case of defects, customers are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement), reduction of price, or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB.
The Provider shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
For slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.
Important: The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that furniture constructed from our blueprints is safe, stable, and compliant with local building codes. The Provider assumes no liability for structural failures, injuries, or damages resulting from construction, installation, or use of furniture built from our designs.
These Terms and Conditions and all legal relations between the Provider and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers who have their habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state shall also apply.
If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be Berlin, Germany.
